James Barmore, a Motown native turned California performer and producer, has carved his path in the music industry and has been making waves ever since. He started with development from indie label InRage Entertainment, became signed, and then independent; which gave James the foundations to create his brand. His path has led him to work with Snoop Dogg, record on Usher Raymond's "Hard II Love" album, and sing behind EGOT award-winning artist John Legend, and recently received his first radio placement from colleague Autumn Cymone, with her record “Slippery” that features Barmore. James is a student of his craft, paying homage to all of the great performers before him who have influenced the music genre that he calls “Retro Renaissance”. His recent work, “Much Room”  expands the Afro-contemporary soul/R&B sound in an ultramodern approach.
